What is Ghatan Antiques, Where

it all started

The original store is called Iran Bazar, and This is our family business based in Jerusalem, Israel. 

The Business was founded in 1957 by Moshe and David Ghatan.

Moshe and his brother David have been traveling to Persia to import goods into Israel. Since then, They have opened two stores in Israel called Iran Bazar based in Jerusalem.

We are their grandchildren, and we decided to offer our treasures to be shipped worldwide so everyone can enjoy our preserved antiques.

We created the brand Ghatan Antiques in 2018, and we would like to continue its legacy. 

Persian art is one of the richest culturally in global history, best reflected by the Persian carpets.

Today's Generation 

 Hello, I am Dor Mizrachi-Ghatan I was Born and raised in Jerusalem, i have spent all my life helping my grandfather run our Business, Iran Bazar.

He educated me about the handmade rugs, their history depending on their origin, and his deep love for his birthplace, Isfahan.

Today, I run the Business along with my other family members, continuing our Grandfathers legacy.
